“Well, now you do have me okay?..and you better not ruin it again..” I pouted, making Caspian bend down closer to me.
“Never, I would never do anything to hurt you again..I swear Johnnie..”
I lifted on my toes, meeting Caspian halfway as I kissed him roughly and that’s when I heard a loud bang before the door flew open, causing me to jump.
“Moose, what the hell man! Don’t you fucking knock?!” Caspian shouted, his hands pulling me closer to him as the big guy standing at the door looked between us.
He had curly chocolate brown hair that was cut into a mullet and his skin was fair. He was huge..like, really huge. Almost twice the size of Caspian..which was daying something considering Caspian was no small guy.
“Oh my bad, didn’t realize you two would be at it already.” He said with a cheesy grin before stepping forward.
“Hey, Johnnie, nice to officially meet you. Can’t believe you decided to marry this asshole…beautiful girl like you can do much better.” Moose winked at me, making my cheeks flush as I could see Caspian was pissed.
“Shut the fuck up, dude. Don’t say shit like that, I’m serious.” Caspian spat while turning towards him as I wrapped my arms tightly around his waist.
Moose just laughed his ass off as I shook my head in disbelief. This guy was a character.
“Well, everyone is coming in an hour, so better get ready.” Moose added while giving Caspian a toothy grin.
“Wait..everyone? What the fuck are you talking about Moose?” Caspian seemed to blanch as he stared at his roommate in shock.
“Oh yeah, the welcome back party..I didn’t tell you about that? All the guys are on their way.” Moose informed us as Caspian seemed to be having some type of stroke.
“No..you fucking didn’t..we..we gotta go.” Caspian suddenly rushed out before gripping my hand and started pulling.
“What? Caspian..what’s going on?” I asked in confusion seeing Caspian reach down and grab my purse.
“He invited the whole fucking team..I can’t put you through this shit..” He muttered before stepping towards the door and shoving Moose out of the way who just laughed once again.
“Oh, I haven’t seen you like this before King..I think I love it.” He added, earning another glare from Caspian.
“Baby, wait..” I tried to say but he wasn’t listening and continued to pull me along as I dug my feet into the carpet, trying to slow him down.
“Caspian!” I yelled, making him finally stop before glancing back at me as I panted heavily.
“Do..do you not want me to meet your friends?” I managed to choke out, feeling that sadness creeping up..was he embarrassed of me?
“What? No baby..of course I want you to..why would you think that?” He rushed out, his hands cupping my cheeks as he peered down at me.
“Well..you are dragging me out of the house before they even get here..” Does he not realize how that looks?
Caspian let out a long sigh before placing his forehead against mine.
“No..I just..they are a lot..like..too fucking much for even me sometimes..and I don’t want them to scare you off..” He confessed, making me blink up at him.
“Well..I want to meet them..so if you want to leave because of me, we don’t have to..but if you want to leave because you aren’t ready to introduce me yet..it’s okay.” I explained..I get that coming back to the real world is going to be harder than we thought. Considering we never ran in the same circle..and he pretty much hated me before..but I wanted to meet his friends…I wanted to see the important people in Caspian’s life.
“Fuck..okay, fine..but if a single one of them stares at your ass or makes one fucking comment..I swear I am going to lose my shit.” He grumbled and I couldn’t help but smile against him before placing a soft kiss on his lips.
I liked jealous Caspian..it made my heart race to see how possessive he was of me..
“I’m sure it will be fine baby.” I whispered before kissing him again and that’s when a loud banging sounded on the door.
“Of course they’re fucking early..”

I glanced towards the door as Caspian went over to open it, hesitating a moment before looking back at me.
“Just..don’t start hugging them and shit.” He grumbled, making me almost burst into laughter but what I didn’t expect was the person waiting in front of the door.
“Hi, Caspian.” Ava said before smiling seductively..Of course Caspian just stood there in shock.
She had on the tiniest dress I had ever seen..like..it was right up to her coochie and her boobs were practically hanging out.
“Ava..what the fuck are you doing here?” Caspian snapped before turning to look back at me. I just stared down at the floor..feeling weird as she stepped forward and walked right into the room like she had been here a hundred times before..which she probably has.
“We’re here to welcome you back babe, of course.” She smiled brightly.
What did she just call him?! Caspian seemed just as taken aback as me.
Then a group of guys and a few other girls soon came striding in. It was the usual people that I would always see Caspian hanging out with..the ones who used to laugh at me or give me judgmental looks.
I crossed my arms infront of my body, realizing maybe I wasn’t quite ready for this..I didn’t realize Ava and her minions would be here.
“Fuck dude, lighten up. Ava’s with me.” A guy with short black hair said before slapping Caspian’s back. He had a lip piercing and a couple of tattoos.
I recognized him immediately..Brett Patrick..he was one of the star players on the team. I also saw him hanging out with Caspian the most at school.
I began backing up as Caspian looked towards me, I felt so out of place. All the people came rushing in as they seemed to be right at home.
Then Moose came in, his loud voice making me jump as he started greeting his friends.
“Baby, are you okay? Is this too much? I didn’t know who all was coming..” Caspian was suddenly in front of me, making my eyes snap up as I swallowed hard.
“N..No..I’m fine.” I lied, seeing Caspian jaw tick as he tightened his grip on my arms.
“So, are you going to let us talk to the girl?” Brett interrupted before flinging his arm around Ava as she looked me up and down in a judgy way.
Caspian just stood there for a moment, seeming to be frozen in place as he just stared down at me worriedly.
I mustered up every freaking ounce of courage I had before I turned and smiled at Brett.
