We spent the rest of the night until we passed out from exhaustion watching a movie and making love over and over into the early hours of the morning. I didn’t wake up until around 9 the next morning, I looked over at Jessie and she was still in a deep sleep. I was thankful we had asked for a late checkout time because she will need the rest. I carefully slipped out of bed so I didn’t wake her and snuck into the bathroom. I quickly showered and got dressed so I could go and grab us breakfast. I wrote a quick note in case she woke before I returned and then quietly slipped out the door.
Jessie
I woke up to an empty bed unfortunately and stretched all my aching muscles. This was a good ache and I smiled thinking of everything we did last night. I sat up looking around our room and not seeing any sign of Morgan anywhere, I saw a note sitting next to my phone and grabbed it. That sweet man ran to get us some food, I hopped out of bed instantly regretting it because my legs almost gave out. I carefully then made my way to the bathroom and took a long hot shower. It felt great on my aching muscles and when I stepped out of the shower I felt much better.
When I walked out of the bathroom to get dressed Morgan was setting out food for us, he looked up and growled. “You keep walking around like that and I won’t give you a chance to eat.” Smirking, I walked to my bag and grabbed my clothes. “Give me a second and I will take away the temptation.” After I got dressed I joined him and we ate. He had brought me back french toast that was covered in whipped cream and fresh strawberries and it smelled amazing. I dug right in while I watched him devour his biscuits and gravy. As I sat there I remembered we had to return to reality later today and I was sad our little vacation was almost over. “Promise me something Morgan.” He stopped eating and looked at me questioningly. “Promise me that even when we have this little one, we still make time like this for ourselves. I think it’s important to have time like this to focus on our relationship.”
Morgan smiled at me and his eyes held mine, “I will absolutely keep that promise and I agree with you it is important and we will always take time to focus on us and our relationship.” We ate our breakfast and then took our time packing up all our things. Vacations are always bitter sweet when they come to an end. We loaded our items into his truck and then walked the beach one last time before we returned to Georgia. We walked along the sand and just took in all the sounds and sun, I am glad that this beach is not too far away and we can do trips like this when we just need to get away. When it was finally time to take off Morgan helped me into his truck, got in and took my hand in his, and we started the journey home.

Getting to Jessie this time won’t be as easy as last time now that she is living with someone. I am trying to think of the best way to get to her without him being around and I think I might have to get to her somehow from work because she always has this guy by her side everywhere else. I have had to lay low more now because I have seen an increase of police cars around this area and I have been debating finding a new spot to stay until I find my opening. Either way I decided to keep to my motel room and I am careful when I go out, but I do need to finalize plans with Karen. I think she can still be helpful distracting Morgan just in case it is needed. I walked over to the fridge for a drink. Thank god I stocked up my room fridge with beer, and put a few cases on the side so I didn’t have to go to the bar for a drink.
I texted Karen to meet me at my motel room to go over everything the next evening. We can finalize all the details and my goal was to have Jessie and be on my way to Colorado on Friday. I have been watching her up until I noticed the increase in police patrolling the area, it seems like she is dropped off by her boyfriend now everyday. I have been contemplating how to get her out of the school in an inconspicuous way. I just need Karen to distract Morgan before he heads to pick up from the school just in case I need the extra time. She better be able to handle this one job I am giving her, she has already been a huge pain in my a**. I have been thinking this over for the last few days and will call pretending to be her boyfriend and she can come out to leave. Meanwhile Karen will be waiting for Morgan outside his job to keep him preoccupied until I can get Jessie and take off out of town.
