“Ava, did you ask Dan out? He said yesterday afternoon that he was going to look for you, but he hasn’t come back yet,” Daniel’s mother asked, her tone extremely hostile.
“I wonder what Dan likes about you.”
After Daniel’s mother said that, she realized that Niamh and Kendrick were also there. Her expression suddenly became very strange.
“What’s happening today? Mr. and Mrs. Waldburg, you’re also here.”
“Mrs. Graham, we didn’t come to argue with you. We’re here to find Dan,” Niamh explained directly.

Niamh hurriedly asked Kendrick to drive after her.” Ava, get in the car. We’ll go wherever you want to go.”
After hearing that, Ava got into the car decisively and said, “Let’s go to the Mendez family’s manor.”
“The Mendez Manor?” Niamh gradually understood. “Do you suspect Dan’s disappearance has something to do with Naya’s mother?”

Kendrick analyzed.
“She’s been arrogant and wilful since young. Her mother has spoiled her rotten. Hence, her mother might do some insane things for her inhumane precious daughter. However, I think it’s better not to go to her house to look for her right now.”
When Ava heard Kendrick’s suggestion, she was confused.
“Why can’t I go to the Mendez family’s manor to look for that maniac? The longer it is, the more danger Danny might be in.”
“But if you go to look for her and she did kidnap Daniel, then you’ll be inadvertently alerting the enemy. This might result in Daniel being in more danger,” Kendrick explained why he was stopping Ava.
“Did Naya’s mother really ask someone to do this?” Niamh was still doubtful.
“Naya likes Dan so much, so how could she hurt the man her precious daughter loves?”

She followed Niamh and Kendrick back to Waldburg Corporation, but she still could not calm herself down.
When Niamh and Kendrick were discussing something in their office, Ava snuck out to look for Naya’s mother with the excuse of going to the restroom.

‘Is Dan being locked up here?’ Ava thought to herself and moved slowly toward the old buildings.
However, there were so many houses here. Even if Daniel were here, it would be hard for her to find out his exact location.
After thinking for a while, she thought of a plan.
She picked up a pretty heavy rock and threw it heavily at a wall.
With a thud, it fell down and created a dull sound.
After that, Ava quickly found a concealed place to hide before pricking up her ears to listen to the sounds around her.

Ava held her breath. She poked her head out and observed the direction the man was leaving.

Ava looked around before following behind the man.

“Mr. Waldburg, Daniel Graham is home.”
This answer from Ken surprised both Niamh and Kendrick. “By home, you mean he went home himself?” Kendrick pressed.
Ken nodded affirmatively. “I asked someone to observe the situation near Daniel’s house, and the person over there told me Daniel has returned home in a taxi.”
Niamh and Kendrick looked at each other in disbelief.
“I’ll call and ask,” Niamh called Daniel’s phone again, but still, no one answered. Then, she called Ava again and again, but no one picked up either.
This worried Niamh greatly.
She did not think much about it. She just got Kendrick to go with her to Daniel’s house.
