Chapter 42 – The Heiresss’ Revenge: Abandoned No More (Sandra Hill)

Zachary had been in the Cooper family for decades,

so he naturally had some knowledge of these prestigious universities.

Tiburon University was ranked in the top three in the world.

Its finance program was particularly popular globally.

Camilla had dreamed of attending for many years, but various circumstances had prevented her from doing so.

Unexpectedly, Wesley had made it happen.

Zachary held the admission letter to his chest and knelt on the ground.

Tears streamed down his face uncontrollably.

“Mr. Cooper, you are a lifesaver.”

He had always doted on Camilla. She was the apple of his eye.

Over the years, Camilla had been oppressed by Angela, and he felt deeply sorry for her.

But he was just a servant, and Camilla was naturally inferior to Angela.

He couldn’t resist.

The other day, Camilla was forced to steal the pendant.

Zachary had been thinking about how to deceive Wesley and deal with Sandra,

but this couple had helped him.

“Mr. Cooper, I’ll be your slave for life.”

Joey glanced at Sandra.

It was the right time.

He immediately spoke.

“Zachary, don’t get too excited. Actually, it wasn’t all Mr. Cooper’s doing.”

Zachary shook his head.

“Mr. Cooper fulfilled my granddaughter’s dream. He’s a lifesaver.”

Joey pretended to be surprised.

“So, you really didn’t receive the admission letter?”

Zachary blinked, blankly.

He didn’t understand.

Camilla had always aspired to attend Tiburon University.

She had been applying,

but unfortunately, every time after the interview, she didn’t receive any news.

Over time, Camilla began to consider giving up.

After all, she was getting older, and even if she passed, she didn’t want to go anymore.

Joey explained,

“I found it when Mrs. Cooper was treating Mr. Cooper at the Cooper Mansion last time.”

He didn’t say who had hidden it,

but the answer was obvious.

“If the person who received it had forgotten to tell your granddaughter about it, she would have missed it.”

Hatred instantly welled up inside Zachary.

Joey’s words served as a reminder for him.

Angela also wanted to go to Tiburon University.

Tiburon University selected students based on their academic performance, rather than their family background.

Camilla had good grades, and the interviewers had said they liked how she handled things and hoped for more communication in the future.

At the time, Zachary hadn’t thought much of it and considered it just polite words.

Who would have thought…

Zachary slowly stood up and wiped the tears from his face.

“Mr. Cooper, if you ever need me in the future, just say the word, and I’ll be there.”

Instead of responding, Wesley handed Zachary an account.

It was Camilla’s overseas account.

Next to it was Camilla’s contact information.

Zachary was already in tears.

After memorizing everything, he destroyed the piece of paper.

He needed to keep it confidential.

This matter should not be known by anyone.

Zachary took a deep breath and glanced at the wall clock.

There were ten minutes left before Wesley and Sandra went to work.

He stood up with a serious expression.

“Mr. Cooper, your design won’t get Ben’s approval today.”

Sandra narrowed her eyes.

Ben was Philip’s mentor, and he had even tweeted that Philip was his best disciple.

In the eyes of others, no matter what design the design department came up with, Ben would approve of it.

At the very least, it could lead to cooperation.

But if Wesley couldn’t get Ben’s approval, they wouldn’t be able to cooperate.

People would suspect that Sandra had done it intentionally.

After all, how could her own brother turn against her?

With this in mind, Sandra sneered.

These people really made her sick.

Wesley replied calmly,

“Thank you for the reminder, Zachary.”

Zachary sighed and waved his hand.

“It’s my fault. I should have told you earlier so that you could be well-prepared.”

Although Zachary said so, he knew in his heart…

Even if he had said it earlier, it wouldn’t have made a difference.

Wesley had been in a coma for many years, and things were no longer the same.

It was almost impossible for him to rely on his past connections.

So, he could only endure it.

Zachary gritted his teeth.

“Mr. Cooper, Madam Cooper is just worried that you will take over the company. If you…”

If Wesley withdrew from the Cooper Group and started a small company, Hailey would definitely not just stand by.

Wesley chuckled.

“Zachary, go back and tell Grandma.”

Zachary thought that Wesley had changed his mind.

“Mr. Cooper, I will help you in front of Madam Cooper.”

“Tell her that during these years when I was in a coma, I couldn’t take care of her. I will definitely make it up to her.”

He spaced the words for emphasis.

Zachary fell silent.

He knew what Wesley meant.

Wesley had always been proud. He must have been upset by Zachary’s words.

But…

Wesley had changed a lot.

Alas.

Zachary didn’t say anything more and left.

In the car,

Sandra casually let her hair down and rolled down the car window.

Her silky hair floated and lightly fell on Wesley’s shoulder.

It smelled good.

It was like standing on the grassland early in the morning, breathing in the freshest air.

Wesley closed his eyes slightly.
